Please understand that we currently can only accept returns and complaints of items that were purchased in the Online Salwar Kameez. If you want to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact directly to the store where you purchased this product.

We ask for your understanding that we can offer no direct exchange service. If you require an item in a different color or size, please place a new order.

We accpet return only if product is damaged, or there is any fault from our end. Please pack the goods for shipment carefully to avoid damage in transit, at best, you can refer to the original packaging (cardboard or plastic wrap). To give us a quick processing of your return, we ask you to ensure that the returned goods including accessories, labels and any additions will be sent. When trying on items of clothing, we ask to avoid traces (eg lipstick or makeup stains). If you hand over the goods to the test / try extent necessary to take into use, we reserve the right to claim compensation claims.

Please note that We are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing. Also we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end. If product is damaged, kindly take the photograph of the product and mail it to [email protected] before sending the actual product back to our office.

We recommend that you keep the original package deposit receipt to facilitate for the rare case of packet loss researching.

Return Policy

Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.

We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.

In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.
